SAP Project Manager Junior

Our client, a large GCC enterprise based in Dubai, is seeking a SAP Project Manager Junior to support the delivery of strategic SAP initiatives within a complex, high-visibility environment. You will work closely with functional and technical teams to monitor progress, support issue resolution, and maintain project documentation, reporting, and change control processes. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. • Proven senior-level experience supporting or managing SAP projects within large enterprise environments. • Hands-on exposure to at least one full SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or transformation lifecycle. • Strong understanding of SAP project delivery methodologies, governance, PMO controls, risk tracking, and stakeholder reporting. • SAP certification preferred, such as SAP Activate Project Manager, SAP S/4HANA, or other relevant SAP project/program credentials. • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including business users, functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors. • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills suited to large GCC enterprise cultures and multicultural environments. • Ability to work effectively in a contract role in Dubai, with strong organizational skills, professionalism, and adaptability under project deadlines.
