2. Oracle EBS SCM (Supply Chain Management) Functional Consultant Track: Oracle EBS (On-Premise) Experience: 8+ years in Oracle EBS SCM (R12.x) across at least two of: INV, PO, OM, WMS, ASCP Role Summary: Drive the end-to-end supply chain solution covering planning, procurement interfaces, inventory and fulfilment for a defence manufacturing and MRO environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead fit-gap and solution design across Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management and planning modules • Design item master governance, serial/lot control, and defence-grade traceability across the supply chain • Configure inter-org transfers, internal requisitions, min-max/reorder planning and subinventory structures • Integrate SCM flows with Manufacturing, Projects and Finance; resolve cross-module dependencies • Drive SIT/UAT, cutover planning and post-go-live stabilization for SCM tracks Required Skills & Experience • Strong cross-module SCM knowledge with serialized inventory and traceability experience • Exposure to ASCP/demand planning and WMS an advantage • Experience integrating SCM with MRO/maintenance systems is highly valued Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Finance or equivalent. Relevant Oracle/IFS certifications preferred. English fluency required; Arabic an advantage.

• 1-3 years of experience supporting Oracle EBS SCM as a Functional Consultant, Analyst, or ERP support professional • Exposure to Oracle EBS SCM modules such as Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, iProcurement, or Advanced Supply Chain Planning • Basic understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes including procure-to-pay, inventory control, and order fulfillment • Experience assisting in at least one Oracle EBS implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support engagement • Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle SCM-related certification is preferred; candidates actively pursuing certification are also encouraged • Ability to gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, support UAT, and document process flows and issue resolutions • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills, with the professionalism required to work effectively in a large GCC enterprise environment • Willingness to work on a contract basis across Saudi Arabia and the UAE, with adaptability, cultural awareness, and a collaborative mindset
