• 1-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Functional Consultant supporting Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud environments • Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce configuration including users, profiles, roles, reports, dashboards, flows, validation rules, and case or lead management processes • Salesforce Administrator certification is required; Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant certification would be advantageous • Exposure to CRM implementation, enhancement, or support projects, ideally within an enterprise environment linked to broader ERP or business transformation programs • Ability to gather business requirements, prepare functional documentation, support UAT, training, and coordination between business and technical teams • Understanding of data quality, basic reporting, process optimization, and change control within structured delivery environments • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the professionalism to work effectively across onsite UAE teams and offshore delivery models • Experience or awareness of GCC enterprise culture, including collaboration, adaptability, confidentiality, and responsiveness in a fast-paced client-facing environment
