• 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce development with practical exposure to Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration in enterprise environments • Familiarity with MuleSoft integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and supporting system-to-system connectivity across enterprise applications, including ERP-related landscapes • Experience contributing to Salesforce implementation, enhancement, or support projects, preferably within large organizations or regulated business environments • Understanding of software development lifecycle practices including testing, debugging, deployment support, version control, and technical documentation • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I are strongly preferred; additional exposure to MuleSoft Certified Developer or related integration credentials is advantageous • Awareness of enterprise application integration patterns and ability to work with cross-functional teams supporting ERP, CRM, and digital platform interoperability • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills, with the professionalism and adaptability needed to work effectively in large GCC enterprise environments • Willingness to work across onsite UAE and offshore delivery models, with a collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and timelines
