• 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with exposure to Data Cloud, Agentforce, CRM, or enterprise platform delivery within ERP-integrated environments • Understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud concepts including data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, calculated insights, and customer profile unification • Exposure to Agentforce, Salesforce AI, service automation, or conversational workflow capabilities, with willingness to learn quickly in a client-facing setting • Experience supporting implementation activities such as requirements gathering, configuration, testing, defect tracking, documentation, and end-user support • Familiarity with ERP and enterprise systems integration concepts, including data mapping, API-based connectivity, and cross-platform process alignment • Salesforce certifications preferred, such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce AI Associate, Data Cloud Consultant, or other relevant Salesforce platform credentials • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the professionalism to work effectively across large GCC enterprise teams, vendors, and business users • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused mindset, with readiness to work across onsite UAE and offshore models in a structured contract environment
