• 1-3 years of experience supporting Salesforce CPQ and/or Marketing Cloud projects in enterprise environments • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, or Marketing Cloud Administrator/Email Specialist preferred • Exposure to implementation, configuration, testing, or support activities across CPQ, pricing, quoting, campaigns, or customer journey processes • Ability to gather and document business requirements, prepare functional documentation, and support UAT and issue resolution • Experience working in structured delivery models with onsite and offshore teams; ERP-integrated enterprise landscape exposure is advantageous • Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and professionalism suited to large GCC enterprise clients and multicultural project teams • Willingness to work onsite in the UAE as required, with a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to delivery quality
