• 1-3 years of experience supporting ServiceNow implementation or enhancement projects across ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules • Foundational understanding of enterprise platform delivery within ERP-integrated environments and cross-functional business processes • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator preferred; additional certifications in ITOM, HRSD, or CSM are advantageous • Exposure to requirements gathering, workflow configuration, testing, documentation, data migration support, and post-go-live issue resolution • Experience working with onsite-offshore delivery models, coordinating with technical teams, functional stakeholders, and project managers • Strong communication and stakeholder-facing skills suited to large GCC enterprise environments with diverse, multicultural teams • Ability to follow governance standards, document solutions clearly, and support quality delivery within contract-based project timelines • Professional attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to fast-paced transformation programmes in the UAE market
