• 1-3 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with exposure to Supply Chain Management processes • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline • Understanding of core D365 F&O supply chain modules such as procurement and sourcing, inventory management, warehouse management, and sales order processing • Microsoft certifications such as MB-300, MB-330, or other relevant Dynamics 365 functional certifications are strongly preferred • Experience participating in ERP implementation, rollout, support, UAT, or post-go-live activities within structured project environments • Ability to gather business requirements, prepare functional documentation, support testing, and assist with user training and issue tracking • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills, with the professionalism to work effectively in large GCC enterprise environments and multicultural teams • Willingness to work onsite in the UAE and coordinate with offshore teams, with a proactive attitude, adaptability, and strong attention to detail
