• 1-3 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations or application support projects • Familiarity with core functional areas such as sales, customer service, finance, operations, or basic business process workflows within Microsoft platforms • Microsoft certification preferred, such as MB-910, MB-920, PL-900, or relevant Dynamics 365 / Business Central fundamentals credentials • Exposure to implementation lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, configuration support, UAT coordination, data validation, and post-go-live assistance • Ability to prepare clear functional documentation, process notes, test scripts, training materials, and status updates for business and project stakeholders • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills, with the professionalism to work effectively across onsite UAE and offshore delivery environments • Understanding of enterprise delivery discipline, including governance, timelines, issue tracking, and working within structured project teams in a GCC corporate environment • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach, with willingness to learn quickly and contribute within a large multicultural enterprise setting
