GRC Onsite

We are seeking a Mid-Level GRC Onsite professional to join a large GCC enterprise in the UAE on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a security-focused ERP specialist who can support governance, risk, and compliance activities in a complex enterprise environment. Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and control owners, you will help strengthen security operations, access governance, and compliance alignment across critical business systems. As part of a major regional organization, you will contribute to a high-visibility security function supporting enterprise-scale transformation and operational excellence. The client operates within a mature, fast-paced environment where security, audit readiness, and risk mitigation are key priorities. This position offers the opportunity to work onsite with senior stakeholders and gain exposure to large-scale ERP security frameworks and governance practices common to leading GCC enterprises. Key responsibilities include supporting user access reviews, segregation of duties analysis, role design validation, security policy adherence, and audit support across ERP environments. You will assist in monitoring control effectiveness, resolving security-related issues, documenting risks, and collaborating with functional and technical teams to ensure compliant access and process controls. You will also help align security configurations with internal governance standards and external compliance expectations. • 3-5 years of experience in ERP security, GRC, access controls, or compliance within enterprise environments • Hands-on experience with ERP security platforms, including user/role administration, segregation of duties analysis, and access governance • Proven involvement in at least one end-to-end ERP implementation, rollout, or major security remediation project • Relevant certifications preferred, such as SAP GRC, SAP Security, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent ERP/security credentials • Strong understanding of audit support, risk assessment, control documentation, and compliance frameworks in large organizations • Experience working with cross-functional business, functional, and technical teams in a structured enterprise setting • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with the professionalism required for onsite GCC client environments • Prior experience in GCC enterprises or regional projects is highly preferred, with awareness of local business culture and delivery expectations
