About the Role
We are hiring a Mid-Level PMO professional for a contract opportunity with a large enterprise organisation in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role sits within a high-visibility transformation environment, supporting complex programme delivery across business and technology functions. The successful candidate will join a structured PMO function responsible for driving governance, reporting, coordination, and execution discipline across strategic initiatives.
Our client is a well-established GCC enterprise known for large-scale transformation programmes, strong governance standards, and a fast-paced stakeholder landscape. This position offers the opportunity to work within a mature corporate setting where programme controls, executive reporting, and cross-functional alignment are critical to success. The role is ideally suited to a professional who understands how to operate in regional enterprise environments and can bring consistency, structure, and clarity to programme delivery.
Key responsibilities include maintaining programme plans, tracking milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies, preparing steering committee materials, consolidating status reporting, and ensuring adherence to PMO standards and delivery frameworks. You will work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, vendors, and senior leadership to support decision-making, improve visibility, and drive timely actions across multiple workstreams.

Requirements
• 4-7 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or programme governance within ERP or enterprise technology environments
• Proven experience supporting ERP implementation, transformation, or rollout programmes across multiple business functions
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related discipline
• PMP, PRINCE2, or PMO-related certification required; additional ERP certification or implementation training is highly advantageous
• Strong capability in project planning, RAID management, status reporting, KPI tracking, and steering committee documentation
• Experience working with large GCC enterprise clients, with an understanding of regional governance, stakeholder expectations, and corporate reporting standards
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, IT, and vendor teams
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the professionalism and cultural awareness to succeed in a fast-paced Abu Dhabi enterprise environment
