GRC - Offshore

We are hiring a Senior GRC - Offshore professional for a contract opportunity supporting a large GCC enterprise in the UAE. This role is ideally suited to an experienced consultant who brings strong functional and delivery expertise across Governance, Risk, and Compliance environments, with the ability to operate effectively in offshore delivery models while partnering closely with regional stakeholders. You will play a key role in strengthening controls, supporting compliance objectives, and ensuring consistent governance practices across complex enterprise systems. Working within a mature, large-scale GCC business landscape, you will contribute to critical GRC initiatives spanning process assessment, risk and control design, access governance, segregation of duties, compliance monitoring, and audit support. The successful candidate will collaborate with business, IT, security, and internal control teams to translate enterprise requirements into scalable GRC solutions aligned to operational and regulatory expectations. Key responsibilities include supporting GRC implementation and enhancement projects, analyzing business and control requirements, configuring or advising on control frameworks, preparing functional documentation, coordinating testing cycles, and assisting with issue resolution during deployment and post-go-live support. You will also help drive best practice adoption, improve reporting visibility, and support stakeholder communication across distributed teams. • Senior-level experience delivering GRC projects within large enterprise or multi-entity environments, preferably supporting GCC-based organizations • Proven hands-on experience in GRC implementation, configuration support, enhancement, testing, and post-go-live stabilization • Strong knowledge of access controls, segregation of duties, risk and control matrices, audit support, and compliance monitoring processes • Relevant ERP/GRC certifications preferred, such as SAP GRC certification or equivalent governance, risk, and compliance credentials • Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements, produce clear functional documentation, and coordinate effectively with technical and business teams • Experience working in offshore delivery models while managing stakeholder expectations across regional and cross-functional teams • Strong understanding of enterprise compliance standards, internal controls, and governance frameworks applicable to complex business operations • Excellent communication, professionalism, and stakeholder management skills, with the cultural awareness and adaptability required for large GCC enterprise environments
