SAP Functional Consultant - MM (Data Team)

Key Responsibilities Lead SAP MM configuration, implementation, and support activities Gather and analyze business requirements related to procurement and inventory management Conduct process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops Prepare functional specifications and support technical developments Configure core SAP MM processes including purchasing, inventory management, material master, and invoice verification Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams including SD, FI/CO, WM, and logistics functions Support integration testing, UAT, issue resolution, and post-go-live activities Provide end-user support, documentation, and knowledge transfer Ensure SAP solutions align with enterprise governance and business standards

• 1-3 years of experience supporting SAP MM in a functional or data-focused role within ERP environments • Basic to working knowledge of SAP MM master data, including material master, vendor data, purchasing info records, and inventory-related data structures • Exposure to SAP implementation, rollout, migration, or data cleansing projects, preferably within large enterprise environments • SAP certification such as SAP Certified Associate in SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement or equivalent MM-related certification is preferred • Understanding of core MM processes including procurement, inventory management, material master maintenance, and data validation controls • Experience supporting UAT, data reconciliation, documentation, issue tracking, and collaboration with business and technical teams • Strong attention to detail, analytical capability, and commitment to data accuracy, governance, and process compliance • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills, with the professionalism and adaptability needed to work effectively in a large GCC enterprise setting
