About the Role
Our client, a large GCC enterprise based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a mid-level SuccessFactors Employee Central professional to join their team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-impact HR transformation environment within a complex, enterprise-scale organization operating to international standards. The role is well suited to a hands-on consultant who can balance system expertise with strong stakeholder engagement across business and HR functions.
The successful candidate will support the ongoing configuration, enhancement, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ensuring the platform aligns with business processes, compliance needs, and workforce management objectives. You will work closely with HR, IT, and project stakeholders to gather requirements, support solution design, coordinate testing, troubleshoot issues, and assist with data quality and process improvement initiatives. Experience working in structured enterprise environments and supporting business-critical HR systems will be highly valued.

Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, with strong hands-on expertise in Employee Central
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is strongly preferred
• Proven experience supporting at least one full lifecycle SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation or major enhancement project
• Strong knowledge of core EC configuration, business rules, workflows, position management, foundations, and employee data management
• Experience in requirement gathering, system testing, defect resolution, and user support within enterprise HR environments
• Familiarity with data migration, integrations, and coordination with related HR modules or third-party systems is advantageous
• Prior experience working with large GCC enterprises or regional organizations, with understanding of professional stakeholder management and cultural awareness
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a contract role within fast-paced project teams
