SAP GRC - Onsite

We are hiring an SAP GRC Consultant for an onsite contract opportunity with a large GCC enterprise in the UAE. This role is ideal for a mid-level professional with strong SAP Security and Governance, Risk, and Compliance experience who can support secure, compliant access management across a complex enterprise landscape. You will work within a high-visibility environment where strong stakeholder engagement, delivery discipline, and practical SAP security expertise are essential. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, configuration, and support of SAP GRC Access Control processes, helping the client strengthen governance frameworks and maintain compliance across business-critical systems. You will partner with security, audit, and functional teams to manage user access, role design, segregation of duties analysis, firefighter access, and access request workflows, while ensuring alignment with internal controls and enterprise security standards. • 3-6 years of experience in SAP Security and SAP GRC Access Control within enterprise environments • Proven hands-on experience with SAP GRC modules including Access Risk Analysis, Access Request Management, Emergency Access Management, and Business Role Management • Strong knowledge of SAP role design, user administration, authorization concepts, and Segregation of Duties controls • Experience supporting at least one end-to-end SAP GRC or SAP Security implementation, rollout, or enhancement project • Relevant SAP certification preferred, such as SAP Certified Technology Associate, SAP Security, or SAP GRC-related certification • Ability to work closely with audit, compliance, infrastructure, and functional teams to resolve access and control issues effectively • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills suited to large GCC enterprise environments • Professional, adaptable, and able to work onsite in the UAE within a structured, multicultural, client-facing setting
