We are hiring a Junior SAP MDG Consultant for a contract opportunity with a large GCC enterprise based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will support master data governance initiatives across business-critical domains, contributing to data quality, standardization, and process efficiency within a well-established SAP landscape. Working as part of a broader ERP and business transformation team, you will assist in the configuration, support, and enhancement of SAP MDG solutions aligned with enterprise governance standards. • 1-3 years of experience supporting SAP MDG projects or SAP master data processes in an enterprise environment • Exposure to SAP MDG configuration, data governance workflows, data quality processes, and master data domain support • Experience participating in at least one SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support project involving master data governance • SAP certification such as SAP Certified Associate in SAP S/4HANA or relevant SAP MDG-related training/certification is highly preferred • Understanding of master data concepts across domains such as Business Partner, Material, Customer, Supplier, or Finance data • Ability to support testing, documentation, issue tracking, end-user coordination, and collaboration with functional and technical teams • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills suited to large GCC enterprise environments, with professionalism and cultural awareness • Willingness to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and adapt to a contract role within a structured, high-accountability delivery setting
