SAP GRC - Offshore

We are hiring a Senior SAP GRC Consultant for an offshore contract opportunity supporting a large GCC enterprise based in the UAE. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who brings strong SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance expertise and can operate effectively within complex enterprise environments. You will play a key role in strengthening access controls, compliance processes, and risk governance across critical SAP landscapes. Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, security functions, and project leadership, you will support the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP GRC solutions aligned to organizational policies and regulatory expectations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing access risk analysis, Segregation of Duties controls, user provisioning processes, role design governance, and audit support, while ensuring best-practice delivery across ongoing initiatives and enhancements. • Senior-level experience in SAP GRC, including Access Control, risk analysis, Segregation of Duties management, and compliance governance • Proven hands-on experience delivering SAP GRC implementations, enhancements, or support within large enterprise environments • Strong understanding of SAP security concepts, user access provisioning, firefighter access, role design, and audit controls • SAP certification in SAP GRC, SAP Security, or a closely related SAP domain is highly preferred • Experience supporting SAP landscapes integrated with core enterprise modules and working across multiple business functions • Ability to engage confidently with business users, auditors, IT security teams, and project stakeholders in a GCC enterprise context • Strong documentation, issue resolution, and process governance skills, with the ability to work independently in an offshore delivery model • Excellent communication, professionalism, stakeholder management, and cultural awareness suited to large UAE or GCC-based organizations
