SAP Delivery Leader

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP program delivery across multiple modules (S/4HANA, ECC, or hybrid environments) Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and quality of deliverables Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams Drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication at senior leadership levels Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and regulatory requirements (especially in government/defense environments) Oversee system integration, data migration, and testing strategies Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including functional and technical consultants Coordinate with third-party vendors and system integrators Ensure smooth transition from implementation to support and operations

• Proven experience as an SAP Delivery Leader, Program Director, or Principal-level ERP Program Manager delivering large-scale SAP programs in enterprise environments • Strong track record managing end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation programs, including governance, budgets, RAID management, vendor oversight, and executive reporting • Hands-on experience leading complex multi-workstream SAP deployments across functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, or shared services • SAP Activate, SAP S/4HANA, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent program/project management certification strongly preferred • Demonstrated success working with global system integrators and managing client-side delivery within large, matrixed organizations • Prior experience in GCC enterprises or regional transformation programs, with strong awareness of stakeholder expectations, business culture, and enterprise decision-making dynamics • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-level sponsors and cross-functional leadership teams • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred
