SAP VIM Consultant

We are hiring a Junior SAP VIM Consultant for a contract opportunity with a large GCC enterprise based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is ideal for an early-career SAP professional looking to build hands-on experience within a complex, high-volume enterprise environment. You will support SAP Vendor Invoice Management initiatives that improve invoice processing efficiency, strengthen controls, and enhance integration across finance and procurement operations. Key responsibilities include supporting SAP VIM configuration, testing, issue analysis, user support, and documentation. You will also participate in requirement gathering sessions and help ensure solutions align with business and compliance needs. • 1-3 years of experience supporting SAP VIM projects or SAP invoice management solutions in enterprise environments • Hands-on understanding of SAP VIM processes including invoice capture, approval workflows, exception handling, and monitoring • Experience working with SAP ERP integration points, particularly SAP FI and MM modules • Exposure to implementation, rollout, support, or enhancement projects involving SAP VIM or OpenText VIM • SAP-related certification preferred, such as SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting, SAP MM, or relevant OpenText VIM training/certification • Ability to assist with configuration, testing, user acceptance support, documentation, and issue resolution • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills suited to large GCC enterprise environments with multicultural teams • Professional, detail-oriented, and adaptable approach with the ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi under a contract engagement
