SAP BODS Consultant

We are seeking a Junior SAP BODS Consultant to join a large GCC enterprise on a contract basis, supporting enterprise-scale data integration initiatives from a remote base in the UAE. In this role, you will assist in the design, development, and support of SAP BODS jobs, workflows, and data migration activities across business-critical systems. Working closely with senior consultants, functional teams, and business stakeholders, you will help deliver reliable ETL processes, perform data extraction and transformation tasks, support data quality activities, and participate in testing, issue resolution, and deployment cycles. The position requires strong attention to detail, a structured approach to documentation, and a willingness to learn within a fast-paced enterprise environment. The client is a prominent GCC enterprise with a mature technology function and significant investment in digital and ERP-led transformation. • 1-3 years of experience working with SAP BODS in data integration, ETL, or data migration projects • Familiarity with SAP BODS job design, workflows, data extraction, transformation, validation, and load processes • Exposure to at least one SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or migration project in a support or junior consulting capacity • SAP-related certification or relevant training in SAP BODS, SAP Data Services, SAP HANA, or broader SAP technology stack is strongly preferred • Basic understanding of SQL, relational databases, data mapping, reconciliation, and data quality principles • Ability to support testing, troubleshoot ETL issues, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate with functional and technical teams • Strong communication skills, professionalism, and adaptability to work effectively within large GCC enterprise environments and multicultural stakeholder groups • Must be able to work remotely from the UAE and manage deliverables responsibly within a contract-based engagement
