Oracle EBS SCM (Supply Chain Management) Functional Consultant

We are seeking a senior Oracle EBS SCM (Supply Chain Management) Functional Consultant to join a large enterprise in Saudi Arabia on a contract basis. Minimum 7-9 years of experience required.

• 8+ years of Oracle EBS functional consulting experience with strong expertise across SCM modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, iProcurement, Shipping, and Planning • Proven end-to-end Oracle EBS implementation and rollout experience, including business process design, configuration, SIT/UAT support, go-live, and hypercare in large enterprise environments • Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including procure-to-pay, inventory control, warehouse processes, order fulfillment, and demand/supply planning • Oracle ERP-related certification preferred, such as Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain Management certification or equivalent Oracle functional credentials • Demonstrated experience working with integrations, reporting requirements, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Manufacturing, and technical development teams • Experience delivering within GCC or multinational enterprise environments, with strong awareness of regional business practices, governance expectations, and stakeholder management standards • Excellent workshop facilitation, documentation, communication, and client-facing consulting skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate business needs into functional solutions • Ability to work effectively in contract-based, fast-paced project settings across Saudi Arabia and the UAE, showing adaptability, professionalism, and strong knowledge transfer capability
