Oracle EBS Procurement Functional Consultant

We are seeking a senior Oracle EBS Procurement Functional Consultant to join a large enterprise in Saudi Arabia on a contract basis. Minimum 7-9 years of experience required.

• Proven senior-level experience as an Oracle EBS Procurement Functional Consultant on enterprise-scale contract engagements • Strong functional expertise across Oracle EBS Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Management, and related Procure-to-Pay processes • Hands-on experience with full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and post-go-live support in large complex organizations • Oracle ERP/EBS functional certification or equivalent Oracle procurement-related credential strongly preferred • Demonstrated experience preparing BRDs, FDDs, solution design documents, test scripts, and supporting UAT and cutover activities • Solid understanding of integrations between Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Oracle Financials within Oracle EBS environments • Prior consulting or delivery experience within GCC enterprises, with strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and cross-cultural communication skills • Ability to operate effectively in matrixed environments, manage senior business users professionally, and deliver with urgency, governance, and attention to detail
