About the Role
We are seeking a senior Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Consultant to join a large enterprise in Saudi Arabia on a contract basis. Minimum 7-9 years of experience required.
Requirements
• Extensive senior-level functional consulting experience with Oracle EBS HRMS, including Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, Absence Management, and Performance-related processes where applicable
• Proven track record delivering at least 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle EBS HRMS implementations, upgrades, or major enhancement programmes within large enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, fit-gap workshops, solution design, configuration, SIT/UAT support, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilisation
• Oracle ERP-specific certification is strongly preferred, such as Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS Functional certification or equivalent Oracle Applications credential
• Demonstrated experience working with large GCC enterprises, with sound understanding of regional business culture, governance expectations, and HR process localisation considerations
• Ability to engage effectively with HR leaders, business users, PMO, and technical teams, translating complex functional needs into practical Oracle EBS solutions
• Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the professionalism and diplomacy required to operate in senior client-facing contract roles
• Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or the UAE is highly desirable, along with adaptability, delivery ownership, and the ability to work successfully across multi-country enterprise programmes
