About the Role
We are seeking a senior Oracle EBS Projects Functional Consultant to join a large enterprise in Saudi Arabia on a contract basis. Minimum 7-9 years of experience required.
Requirements
• 8+ years of Oracle EBS functional consulting experience, with strong expertise in Oracle Projects modules including Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Accounting, and Capital Projects
• Proven delivery experience across at least 2-3 full-cycle Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, or major transformation programs in large enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end integration points between Oracle Projects and related modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Fixed Assets
• Oracle certification in relevant Oracle E-Business Suite Financials or Projects areas is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated capability in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, SIT/UAT support, training, cutover, and post-production stabilization
• Experience working with large GCC enterprises, with a strong understanding of regional business culture, governance expectations, and stakeholder management practices
• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to engage senior business leaders, PMO teams, finance stakeholders, and technical delivery teams
• Strong consulting mindset with contract-role adaptability, problem-solving ability, documentation discipline, and a collaborative approach in cross-functional, multicultural teams
