Oracle EBS Technical Consultant – Full Stack

We are seeking a senior Oracle EBS Technical Consultant – Full Stack to join a large enterprise in Saudi Arabia on a contract basis. Minimum 7-9 years of experience required.

• 8+ years of Oracle EBS technical consulting experience, including senior-level delivery across large enterprise environments • Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS full-stack technical development: PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, OAF, XML Publisher/BI Publisher, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and APIs • Proven experience delivering Oracle EBS implementation, enhancement, upgrade, or rollout projects in complex multi-entity organisations • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline • Oracle-certified credentials such as Oracle Database SQL/PLSQL certification or relevant Oracle EBS/Oracle Fusion Middleware technical certifications preferred • Strong experience with system integration, technical architecture, performance tuning, deployment, testing support, and production issue resolution within Oracle EBS landscapes • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with business users, functional consultants, PMO, and IT leadership in large GCC enterprise settings • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills, with adaptability to Saudi Arabia and UAE client environments
