About the Role
We are seeking a senior Oracle EBS SCM Technical Consultant to join a large enterprise in Saudi Arabia on a contract basis. Minimum 7-9 years of experience required.
Requirements
• Senior-level experience as an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant with strong delivery exposure across SCM modules, including Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and iProcurement
• Proven hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS technical components such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, XML Publisher, OAF, interfaces, conversions, and custom extensions
• Demonstrated experience delivering at least 2-3 full Oracle EBS implementation or major enhancement projects within large enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS R12/R12.2 architecture and integration patterns, with the ability to support complex SCM business processes end to end
• Oracle ERP-related certifications or relevant Oracle E-Business Suite technical training credentials strongly preferred
• Experience working within GCC enterprise organizations, with awareness of regional business expectations, governance standards, and multi-country stakeholder environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage business users, functional consultants, and IT leadership effectively
• Proven ability to work in contract-based, fast-paced delivery settings, balancing quality, responsiveness, documentation discipline, and collaboration across distributed teams
