Oracle EBS Integration Consultant (SOA/Web Services)

We are seeking a senior Oracle EBS Integration Consultant (SOA/Web Services) to join a large enterprise in Saudi Arabia on a contract basis. Minimum 7-9 years of experience required.

• 8+ years of ERP integration experience, including significant hands-on delivery within Oracle E-Business Suite environments • Proven expertise in Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Web Services, REST/SOAP integrations, XML, XSLT, and middleware-based interface design • Strong experience integrating Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, HRMS, or Order Management • Demonstrated success delivering at least 2-3 full-cycle Oracle EBS implementation or transformation projects with integration ownership • Relevant Oracle certification preferred, such as Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Integration, or Oracle E-Business Suite technical certifications • Strong technical knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle database objects, interfaces, APIs, open interface tables, and concurrent programs in Oracle EBS • Experience working with large GCC enterprises or complex regional programs, with strong stakeholder management, documentation, and cross-cultural communication skills • Ability to operate effectively in contract environments, manage priorities across multiple workstreams, and provide senior-level troubleshooting, governance, and delivery support
