• Proven senior-level experience delivering Microsoft CRM / Dynamics 365 CRM implementations in large enterprise environments • Strong expertise in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, customisation, workflows, and CRM process optimisation • Hands-on experience integrating Microsoft CRM with enterprise applications, reporting tools, and related Microsoft technology stack • Microsoft certifications relevant to Dynamics 365 CRM or Microsoft business applications strongly preferred • Demonstrated track record across full project lifecycles including discovery, build, testing, training, go-live, and support • Experience working with large GCC organisations or regional enterprise clients, with strong awareness of governance and stakeholder expectations • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage business leaders, end users, and technical teams effectively • Professional, adaptable, and delivery-focused approach, with the ability to work successfully in contract roles within fast-paced transformation programmes
