GRC Onsite

We are seeking a Mid-Level GRC Onsite professional to support a large GCC enterprise in the UAE on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a security-focused ERP specialist with strong experience in governance, risk, and compliance within complex enterprise environments. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to help maintain robust access controls, compliance frameworks, and security governance standards across the client’s ERP landscape. The client is a well-established GCC enterprise with a significant regional footprint, mature transformation agenda, and high expectations around security, audit readiness, and operational control. As part of the onsite team, you will contribute to strengthening ERP security processes, supporting risk mitigation initiatives, and ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This position offers strong exposure to enterprise-scale programs and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include supporting GRC design and execution, managing user access and segregation of duties controls, assisting with role remediation, partnering with audit and compliance teams, and contributing to security-related documentation and process improvements. You will also help monitor control effectiveness, support issue resolution, and provide practical guidance to stakeholders on ERP security best practices. • 4-7 years of experience in ERP security and GRC, including onsite support within complex enterprise environments • Hands-on experience with access control, Segregation of Duties analysis, role design, and user provisioning in ERP Security environments • Proven involvement in at least one full-cycle ERP security or GRC implementation, rollout, or remediation program • Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance, audit support, and security control frameworks within enterprise ERP landscapes • Relevant certifications preferred, such as SAP GRC, SAP Security, CISA, CISM, or equivalent ERP/security compliance credentials • Ability to work effectively with audit, compliance, IT, and business teams in a large GCC enterprise setting • Strong documentation, stakeholder communication, and issue-resolution skills with a professional onsite consulting approach • Familiarity with regional compliance expectations, client-facing delivery, and the cultural awareness needed to succeed in GCC organizations
