About the Role

We are hiring a Mid-Level SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant for a contract opportunity based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, supporting a large GCC enterprise on a high-visibility HR transformation programme. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with solid Employee Central expertise who can contribute effectively across configuration, testing, stakeholder engagement, and deployment activities within a complex corporate environment. The successful candidate will work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to support the design, configuration, and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. You will help deliver core HR processes including organisational management, employee data administration, workflows, business rules, and position management, while ensuring alignment with business requirements, compliance needs, and enterprise standards. Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in implementation, support, or enhancement projects • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is strongly preferred • Proven hands-on experience in EC configuration including data models, business rules, workflows, foundation objects, and position management • Experience supporting at least one full lifecycle SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation or major rollout • Good understanding of core HR processes, employee data management, organisational structures, and HR compliance requirements • Ability to work effectively with HR, IT, and business stakeholders in a large enterprise environment across the GCC region • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills with a professional and consultative approach • Experience working in contract or project-based roles with the ability to adapt quickly, prioritise tasks, and deliver to deadlines
