About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level PMO professional for a contract opportunity with a leading enterprise organization in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role sits within a high-visibility transformation environment, supporting strategic program delivery, governance, planning, and stakeholder coordination across complex business and technology initiatives. It is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented PMO specialist who is comfortable operating in structured enterprise settings and contributing to delivery excellence. Our client is a large GCC enterprise with a significant portfolio of transformation programs, requiring strong PMO discipline, reporting rigor, and coordination across multiple workstreams. The successful candidate will work closely with program managers, project leads, and senior business stakeholders to ensure projects are tracked effectively, risks are escalated appropriately, and governance standards are consistently maintained. Key responsibilities include maintaining project plans, consolidating status reporting, tracking milestones, budgets, issues, and risks, supporting steering committee preparation, and ensuring documentation aligns with enterprise PMO standards. You will also assist with resource coordination, change control, RAID management, and the continuous improvement of project governance processes across the portfolio. This opportunity offers exposure to a large-scale GCC enterprise environment, strong stakeholder engagement, and the chance to contribute to mission-critical transformation initiatives in Abu Dhabi. Offered on a contract basis at AED 20,000 per month, the role is ideal for a PMO professional looking to strengthen their enterprise program delivery experience in a fast-paced, high-accountability setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline • 4-7 years of PMO, project coordination, or program support experience within ERP or enterprise transformation environments • Recognized project or PMO certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or PMO-specific certification; ERP-related training or certification is highly preferred • Hands-on experience supporting ERP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or transformation programs in large enterprise environments • Strong knowledge of project governance, RAID management, status reporting, budget tracking, resource coordination, and change control processes • Advanced proficiency in PMO reporting tools, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise collaboration platforms • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors within large GCC enterprise organizations • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills, with professionalism, cultural awareness, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced contract role
