Data Functional Consultant - PP/QM

Our client, a large GCC enterprise based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Junior Data Functional Consultant - PP/QM to support ongoing ERP transformation and data quality initiatives within its manufacturing and quality management landscape. This is an excellent contract opportunity for an early-career consultant looking to build hands-on experience in a complex enterprise environment while contributing to critical production planning and quality management processes. The successful candidate will work closely with business users, functional leads, and technical teams to support master data activities, process alignment, reporting accuracy, and system readiness across PP and QM modules. The role will involve assisting with data validation, cleansing, migration support, documentation, testing coordination, and issue tracking, ensuring that production and quality data is accurate, consistent, and aligned with business requirements. Operating within a large-scale GCC enterprise setting, you will gain exposure to structured governance, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, and enterprise-grade ERP delivery standards. You will support workshops, help translate user requirements into functional outcomes, and contribute to continuous improvement across production and quality processes. • 1-3 years of experience supporting ERP projects or business process activities in Production Planning (PP) and/or Quality Management (QM) • Exposure to ERP master data, data cleansing, data migration, validation, and testing activities within manufacturing or quality-related environments • Understanding of core PP/QM processes such as BOMs, routings, work centers, inspection plans, quality notifications, and production order data • ERP certification or formal training in SAP PP, SAP QM, or related manufacturing/quality functional modules is strongly preferred • Experience participating in at least one ERP implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support project, with involvement in functional documentation or user support • Ability to work with business stakeholders, data owners, and technical teams to resolve data issues and support process improvements • Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills, with the professionalism to operate effectively in a large GCC enterprise environment • Willingness to work on a contract basis in Abu Dhabi and adapt to structured governance, multicultural teams, and fast-paced project delivery
