Data Functional Consultant - PP/QM

Our client, a large and well-established GCC enterprise based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Junior Data Functional Consultant - PP/QM to support ongoing ERP initiatives within its manufacturing and quality operations landscape. The successful candidate will work closely with business users, functional leads, and technical teams to support data-related activities across Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) processes. Responsibilities will include assisting with data validation, cleansing, migration support, master data governance, process documentation, user coordination, testing support, and issue tracking. The role requires strong attention to detail, a structured approach to problem-solving, and the ability to understand how data impacts planning, production, and quality workflows. • 1-3 years of experience in ERP functional support, data migration, or business process support within PP/QM environments • Exposure to Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) processes, including master data, transactional flows, and reporting impacts • Experience supporting at least one ERP implementation, rollout, enhancement, or data migration project • Understanding of data cleansing, data validation, mapping, reconciliation, and testing activities in an enterprise ERP setting • Relevant ERP certification is preferred, such as SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing or Quality Management, or equivalent PP/QM functional certification • Ability to work with business users to document requirements, prepare process documentation, and support UAT and defect tracking • Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and professionalism suited to large GCC enterprise environments • Comfortable working on-site or in a client-facing contract role in Abu Dhabi, with a proactive attitude, cultural awareness, and strong attention to detail
