SAP QM Audit Management

We are hiring a Mid-Level SAP QM Audit Management professional for a contract opportunity with a large GCC enterprise based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is ideal for an experienced SAP QM specialist who can support audit management processes within a complex enterprise environment, ensuring quality compliance, process integrity, and alignment with business and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen audit readiness and improve quality-related controls across the organization. Working within a mature SAP landscape, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing SAP QM audit management activities, coordinating audit workflows, maintaining quality records, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. You will partner with business users, quality teams, and IT stakeholders to identify gaps, recommend system and process improvements, and help deliver practical solutions that enhance governance and operational efficiency. • 3-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP QM, with specific exposure to audit management, quality notifications, inspection processes, and compliance documentation • Proven experience supporting or participating in at least one SAP QM implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support project in a large enterprise environment • Strong understanding of SAP QM configuration and business process integration with related SAP modules such as MM, PP, and PM • SAP certification in a relevant area such as SAP S/4HANA Quality Management or equivalent SAP QM functional certification is highly preferred • Experience in audit preparation, non-conformance tracking, CAPA coordination, and quality reporting within regulated or process-driven industries • Ability to gather requirements, translate business needs into SAP QM solutions, and work effectively with business users, QA teams, and technical consultants • Prior experience working with GCC enterprise clients or large regional organizations, with strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills • Professional, adaptable, and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to work in contract assignments, manage priorities independently, and operate effectively in multicultural teams
