About the Role
Our client, a large GCC enterprise based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Mid-Level SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR technology professional with solid SAP SuccessFactors EC experience and a strong understanding of core HR processes, data structures, and enterprise-scale transformation environments. You will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the Employee Central landscape within a complex, high-visibility business setting.
Working closely with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams, you will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and supporting Employee Central modules in line with business requirements and compliance standards. The role will involve requirement gathering, solution design input, data validation, testing support, issue resolution, and collaboration across functional workstreams to ensure stable and effective EC operations.

Based in Abu Dhabi, this contract role offers a monthly salary of AED 20,000 and the chance to work on meaningful enterprise HR transformation projects. Requirements
• 3-6 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in implementation, enhancement, or support environments
• Proven hands-on experience in Employee Central configuration, including foundation objects, workflows, business rules, position management, and data models
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience supporting at least one end-to-end SuccessFactors EC implementation or major rollout within a large enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of core HR processes, employee lifecycle management, organizational structures, and master data governance
• Experience with testing, defect resolution, data validation, and collaboration with integration, payroll, and downstream system teams
• Ability to engage confidently with HR stakeholders, business users, and project teams in a large GCC enterprise setting with professionalism and cultural awareness
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with the flexibility to work effectively in a contract role based in Abu Dhabi
