SAP Delivery Leader

We are seeking an accomplished SAP Delivery Leader to join a large GCC enterprise in Abu Dhabi on a contract basis, taking ownership of complex, high-value program delivery across a broad SAP landscape. This is a senior leadership opportunity suited to a proven delivery executive who can align technology execution with business priorities, drive governance, and ensure successful outcomes across multiple workstreams in a demanding enterprise environment. Operating within a large-scale regional organization, you will lead end-to-end SAP program delivery, overseeing planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk control, partner performance, and quality assurance. The role requires strong command of enterprise program management disciplines, including roadmap definition, PMO governance, budget oversight, resource coordination, and executive reporting. You will work closely with business leaders, IT leadership, system integrators, and external vendors to deliver transformation objectives on time and to expected business value. The successful candidate will bring the credibility to engage C-level stakeholders, the discipline to manage complex delivery structures, and the pragmatism to navigate fast-paced GCC enterprise environments. You will be expected to establish clear governance, drive accountability across internal and external teams, and ensure that delivery remains aligned to strategic priorities, compliance standards, and operational readiness. • Proven experience as an SAP Delivery Leader, Program Director, or Senior SAP Program Manager leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs • Strong track record delivering complex SAP implementations, rollouts, or transformations across ECC and/or S/4HANA environments within large organizations • Demonstrated expertise in program governance, PMO leadership, budget management, vendor management, risk control, and executive stakeholder reporting • Relevant certifications such as SAP Activate Project Manager, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent enterprise program management credentials • Experience managing system integrators, cross-functional delivery teams, and business stakeholders across multi-country or multi-entity operating models • Deep understanding of enterprise delivery frameworks, change management, testing oversight, cutover planning, and business readiness in SAP-led programs • Prior experience within GCC enterprises or similarly complex regional environments, with strong cultural awareness, diplomacy, and executive communication skills • Ability to operate at lead/principal level with high ownership, commercial acumen, decision-making confidence, and a collaborative leadership style
