About the Role
Our client, a large GCC enterprise based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Mid-Level SAP QM Audit Management professional to join their team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SAP Quality Management specialist to contribute to a complex enterprise environment, supporting quality audit processes, compliance standards, and continuous improvement initiatives across a high-profile organization.
The successful candidate will play a key role in configuring, supporting, and optimizing SAP QM Audit Management capabilities, ensuring alignment with business, regulatory, and operational requirements. You will work closely with quality, compliance, IT, and business stakeholders to manage audit workflows, documentation, corrective and preventive actions, and reporting, while helping drive process standardization and system efficiency.
This role is well suited to a professional with proven SAP QM experience in enterprise-scale implementations or support engagements, particularly within highly structured environments. You will be expected to translate business needs into effective SAP solutions, support testing and user adoption, and provide functional expertise across audit-related processes within SAP QM.

Requirements
• 4-7 years of experience in SAP QM, with hands-on exposure to Audit Management and quality/compliance processes within enterprise environments
• Proven experience in SAP QM configuration, functional support, testing, and business process optimization across implementation or enhancement projects
• SAP certification in Quality Management or a closely related SAP functional area is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience supporting audit workflows, non-conformance management, CAPA processes, quality notifications, and compliance reporting
• Strong understanding of integration points between SAP QM and other SAP modules such as MM, PP, PM, or EHS
• Experience working with large GCC enterprises or similarly complex organizations, with the ability to navigate structured governance and cross-functional stakeholder environments
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage business and technical teams effectively
• Availability to work onsite or in a client-facing capacity in Abu Dhabi on a contract assignment, with a professional, adaptable, and delivery-focused approach
