About the Role

We are recruiting a PMO professional for a contract opportunity with a large GCC enterprise based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is ideal for a mid-level candidate who brings structured project governance, stakeholder coordination, and delivery discipline within complex enterprise transformation environments. The successful candidate will support the PMO function across strategic initiatives, ensuring projects are aligned to business objectives, timelines, budgets, and reporting standards. Working within a high-profile enterprise setting, you will play a key role in monitoring project performance, maintaining governance frameworks, tracking risks and dependencies, and supporting leadership with accurate status reporting and actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with programme managers, business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and executive sponsors to drive consistency and transparency across the project landscape. Key responsibilities include PMO reporting, project planning support, RAID log management, resource and milestone tracking, steering committee preparation, and ensuring adherence to enterprise governance standards. You will also contribute to documentation quality, change control, and portfolio-level visibility, helping the organisation maintain momentum across multiple concurrent initiatives. This opportunity offers exposure to a respected GCC enterprise environment where strong PMO capability is highly valued. Based in Abu Dhabi and offered on a contract basis at AED 20,000 per month, the role provides the chance to work on large-scale transformation programmes, develop senior stakeholder engagement experience, and contribute to delivery excellence within a structured and professional setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline • PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-PMOCP, or equivalent project/programme management certification required • 4-7 years of PMO or project governance experience within ERP, enterprise applications, or large-scale digital transformation programmes • Proven experience supporting ERP implementation, upgrade, rollout, or transformation projects in complex enterprise environments • Strong knowledge of PMO standards including planning, reporting, RAID management, change control, budget tracking, and governance frameworks • Advanced proficiency in project reporting tools such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise PMO dashboards • Experience working with large GCC enterprises or regional organisations, with strong communication skills and cultural awareness in stakeholder management • Ability to coordinate across business, IT, and vendor teams while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and delivery focus in a fast-paced environment
