About the Role
Our client, a large GCC enterprise headquartered in Dubai, is seeking a junior ERP professional for the REV2 P3 contract role. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career consultant or analyst to contribute to a high-visibility ERP environment within a complex, enterprise-scale business. Based in Dubai, the position offers exposure to structured delivery practices, regional stakeholders, and business-critical transformation initiatives.
Working within an established ERP team, the successful candidate will support day-to-day project and functional activities across the ERP landscape. Responsibilities will include assisting with requirements gathering, documenting business processes, supporting testing cycles, preparing user documentation, monitoring data quality, and helping coordinate issue resolution with technical and functional teams. The role also involves engaging with end users, supporting training efforts, and ensuring deliverables are aligned with project timelines and governance standards.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
• Junior-level ERP experience, ideally supporting implementation, enhancement, or post-go-live activities in an enterprise environment
• Exposure to ERP process areas such as finance, procurement, HR, supply chain, or operations
• Relevant ERP certification or training is preferred, such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent ERP platform certification
• Experience assisting with user acceptance testing, documentation, data validation, and issue tracking during ERP projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across large GCC enterprise teams
• High attention to detail, structured problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn within a governed project environment
• Familiarity with multicultural workplace expectations in the GCC, including professionalism, adaptability, and customer-focused support
