About the Role
We are hiring a SAP Training Manual professional for a contract opportunity with a large GCC enterprise based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is ideal for a mid-level candidate with strong experience in developing structured, user-friendly training documentation across SAP environments, supported by advanced Microsoft Word skills. The successful candidate will play a key role in translating business processes and system functionality into clear, practical manuals that support user adoption, operational consistency, and project delivery.

The client operates at scale, offering exposure to enterprise-grade standards, cross-functional teams, and transformation initiatives typical of leading organizations across the GCC.
Key responsibilities include gathering process inputs from SAP SMEs, documenting step-by-step procedures, formatting and standardizing manuals in Word, maintaining document version control, and ensuring materials are accurate, accessible, and aligned with project timelines. You will also support updates to training content during system enhancements, UAT, and rollout phases, ensuring documentation remains current and relevant.

• Familiarity with document control, version management, UAT support documentation, and change management practices in enterprise ERP environments
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and professionalism suited to large GCC enterprise environments, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural teams
