SAP QM Audit Management

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant with deep expertise in Audit Management, and a strong understanding of SAP MES integration within the SAP S/4HANA landscape. This role is ideal for a professional with 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP QM, including significant exposure to the A&D industry. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP QM processes, with a specific focus on Audit Management and MES integration. • Understand and map A&D-specific quality and compliance requirements into SAP S/4HANA. • Implement and support end-to-end QM processes such as audit planning, execution, CAPA, inspection lots, notifications, and non-conformance management. • Integrate SAP QM with SAP MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for real-time quality control and shop floor visibility. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PP, MM, SD, EHS, PM) and external vendors to ensure cohesive solutions. • Manage key project lifecycle activities: requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and post-go-live support. • Ensure documentation standards are met: functional specs, test scripts, training guides, and SOPs. Required Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of SAP QM experience, including at least 2+ years in Audit Management within an SAP S/4HANA environment. • Industry exposure to Aerospace and Defense, with understanding of regulatory and compliance needs (e.g., AS9100, NADCAP). • Strong experience with SAP QM and SAP MES integration, including in-process inspection, NC handling, and production quality feedback. • Ability to integrate QM with modules such as PP, MM, EHS, and PLM. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Preferred Qualifications: • SAP S/4HANA certification in Quality Management. • Familiarity with Fiori apps, SAP ME/MII. • Understanding of defense export controls, quality assurance protocols, or military quality standards. • Experience with tools like Solution Manager

• 3-6 years of experience working with SAP QM, including hands-on exposure to audit management, quality notifications, inspection processes, and compliance-related workflows • Proven experience supporting at least one full SAP implementation, rollout, or enhancement project involving SAP QM in an enterprise environment • SAP certification in a relevant area such as SAP S/4HANA Quality Management or equivalent SAP QM functional certification is strongly preferred • Strong understanding of SAP QM configuration, master data, testing, defect resolution, documentation, and user support within integrated ERP landscapes • Experience working with cross-functional SAP modules such as MM, PP, or PM, with the ability to manage process dependencies and integration impacts • Familiarity with audit readiness, regulated quality environments, CAPA processes, non-conformance handling, and internal or external compliance requirements • Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to engage business users, quality teams, and IT teams effectively in a large GCC enterprise setting • Professional, adaptable, and culturally aware, with strong documentation discipline, problem-solving ability, and experience working in fast-paced regional corporate environments
