Checklist & Resource Preparation: Link approved checklist templates, standards, procedures, and documents from DMS. Audit Execution: Checklist-based execution with per-question evidence capture, attendance recording, and structured documentation. Audit Reporting: Generation of draft reports, review with auditee (tracked updates), approval workflow, and final PDF issuance in DMS. NCR & CAPA Management: Automatic CAPA Creation from findings, owner assignment, due-date control (+90 days default), root cause capture, corrective/preventive actions, and evidence attachment. Verification & Closure: Auditor validation, acceptance or rejection with rework tracking. Workflow & Notifications: SAP workflow-enabled approvals, reminders, and SLA-based escalation as E-Mails. • Senior-level experience in SAP QM, with strong hands-on expertise in SAP QM Audit Management within large enterprise environments • Proven experience in at least one full SAP implementation or major enhancement project covering audit management, quality processes, and compliance workflows • Strong configuration and functional design capability in SAP QM, including audit planning, findings tracking, corrective actions, and management reporting • SAP certification in a relevant SAP module is highly preferred; SAP S/4HANA or SAP Quality Management-related certification will be a strong advantage • Demonstrated experience working with large GCC enterprises or similarly complex, highly regulated organizations in the region • Ability to gather business requirements, lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and translate quality and compliance needs into practical SAP solutions • Strong understanding of integration points between SAP QM and related modules/processes, with excellent documentation, testing, and user support skills • Excellent communication, professionalism, and cultural awareness, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders in Abu Dhabi and across multicultural GCC business environments
