About the Role
We are hiring a Senior SAP Success Factor - Data Management Team professional for a contract opportunity with a large GCC enterprise based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is ideal for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors specialist who brings strong expertise in HR data governance, data migration, data quality, and master data management within complex enterprise environments. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting a high-visibility HR systems landscape and ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and readiness across key business processes.
Working within a sophisticated regional organization, you will collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to manage employee data structures, support system enhancements, and drive best practices across the SAP SuccessFactors environment. The client is a major enterprise in the GCC with a strong focus on digital transformation, operational excellence, and scalable HR technology solutions, offering exposure to enterprise-grade programs and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities include overseeing data migration and validation activities, maintaining data standards, supporting integrations, resolving data issues, and contributing to system optimization initiatives across SuccessFactors modules. You will also support reporting accuracy, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement of data-related processes, while working closely with implementation and support teams to ensure stable and efficient operations.

Requirements
• Proven senior-level experience working on SAP SuccessFactors data management, HR master data, and enterprise data quality initiatives
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, and exposure to data migration and validation activities
• SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred, especially in Employee Central or related module certifications relevant to data management
• Demonstrated experience supporting at least one full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation, rollout, or transformation program
• Strong understanding of data governance, data cleansing, reporting accuracy, and integration support within enterprise HR systems
• Experience working with large GCC enterprises or complex regional organizations, with awareness of local business culture and stakeholder expectations
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across HR, IT, and business teams
• Ability to perform in a contract role requiring ownership, precision, confidentiality, and adaptability in a fast-paced enterprise environment
