SAP TM Consultant

We are seeking a Senior SAP TM Consultant for a contract opportunity with a large GCC enterprise based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is ideal for an experienced SAP Transportation Management professional who can lead and support complex logistics transformation initiatives within a fast-paced, enterprise-scale environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering robust SAP TM solutions aligned to business objectives, operational efficiency, and regional compliance requirements. Working within a high-profile GCC organization, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and delivery partners to analyze transportation and logistics processes, design scalable SAP TM solutions, and support implementation, integration, and optimization activities. The environment demands strong consulting capability, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to work effectively across large, multi-layered business structures. Key responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, user support, and deployment across SAP TM landscapes. You will contribute to end-to-end project delivery, integration with related SAP modules, process improvement initiatives, and post-go-live stabilization. A strong understanding of enterprise logistics operations, transportation planning, freight execution, and system integration is essential. • Proven senior-level experience as an SAP TM Consultant with strong hands-on configuration and functional design expertise • SAP Transportation Management certification preferred, with broader SAP Supply Chain or S/4HANA logistics certifications considered an advantage • Demonstrated experience delivering at least 2-3 full lifecycle SAP TM implementations, including blueprint, build, testing, go-live, and hypercare • Strong knowledge of SAP TM integration with SAP EWM, SD, MM, EM, and S/4HANA landscapes in enterprise environments • Experience in transportation planning, freight order management, carrier selection, charge management, settlement, and logistics execution processes • Ability to engage effectively with senior business stakeholders, translate operational requirements into solution design, and support process transformation initiatives • Prior experience working within large GCC enterprises or complex regional programs, with strong cultural awareness, professionalism, and stakeholder management skills • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a contract role based in Abu Dhabi
