Test: SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant

We are seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant to join a large GCC enterprise in Dubai on a contract basis. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced finance transformation specialist to contribute to a strategic SAP S/4HANA environment, supporting complex business operations across a well-established regional organization. The role suits a consultant who combines deep functional expertise with strong stakeholder engagement and delivery discipline. Working within a mature enterprise landscape, you will lead and support key FICO workstreams across solution design, configuration, testing, integration, and business process optimization. You will partner closely with finance leaders, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure SAP solutions align with operational and reporting requirements. The consultant will also play a critical role in process harmonization, issue resolution, cutover readiness, and post-go-live stabilization. • Proven senior-level experience as an SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant on large-scale enterprise transformation or implementation programs • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and financial closing processes • SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting or SAP S/4HANA Management Accounting strongly preferred • Demonstrated end-to-end implementation experience including fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, SIT/UAT support, cutover, and hypercare • Experience integrating FICO with related SAP modules such as MM, SD, Project Systems, and Treasury within complex business environments • Strong understanding of GCC enterprise operating models, regional compliance expectations, and the ability to work effectively within large, matrixed organizations • Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and business partnering skills with the confidence to engage finance leaders and project sponsors • Contracting mindset with strong documentation, issue resolution, communication, and delivery ownership in fast-paced project environments
