SAP FICO

We are seeking a Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join a large GCC enterprise in Dubai on a contract basis. This is a high-impact opportunity for an accomplished finance transformation professional with deep SAP expertise and a strong track record delivering enterprise-scale ERP initiatives. The role will support complex finance operations within a mature, fast-paced business environment, working closely with senior stakeholders to enhance financial processes, controls, reporting, and system performance. As part of a major ERP landscape, you will lead and support the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP FICO solutions aligned to business and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements across general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, controlling, profitability analysis, and financial closing activities. The position also involves requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment support, issue resolution, and user engagement across the project lifecycle. • Senior-level experience as an SAP FICO Consultant within large-scale ERP environments, preferably supporting enterprise finance transformation programs • Proven hands-on expertise in SAP FI and CO configuration, including GL, AP, AR, AA, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and profitability reporting • SAP certification in Financial Accounting or S/4HANA Finance is strongly preferred • Demonstrated experience delivering at least 2-3 full-cycle SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, or major enhancement projects • Strong understanding of finance process integration with other SAP modules and broader ERP architecture • Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, SIT/UAT support, cutover activities, defect resolution, and post-go-live stabilization • Familiarity with GCC enterprise environments, including stakeholder management, governance standards, and the ability to work effectively across multicultural teams • Excellent communication, documentation, and consulting skills, with the confidence to engage senior finance and technology stakeholders in Dubai and across the GCC
