About the Role
We are seeking a Junior SAP Ariba professional to join a large GCC enterprise in the UAE on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career consultant to contribute to a high-visibility procurement and sourcing environment within a complex, enterprise-scale organization. The successful candidate will support the delivery, configuration, and day-to-day enhancement of SAP Ariba solutions aligned to procurement operations, supplier collaboration, and sourcing activities. You will work closely with procurement users, IT teams, and project leads to assist with requirements gathering, process documentation, testing, issue resolution, user support, and system adoption. Exposure to integration touchpoints, master data coordination, and process improvement initiatives will form an important part of the role.

Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience supporting SAP Ariba in a functional, support, or junior implementation capacity
• Exposure to SAP Ariba modules such as Buying, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle, or Guided Buying
• SAP Ariba certification preferred, such as SAP Certified Application Associate related to SAP Ariba solutions
• Experience participating in implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support projects within ERP or procurement environments
• Understanding of procure-to-pay, sourcing, supplier management, and procurement process best practices
• Ability to assist with requirement gathering, test script execution, defect tracking, user support, and documentation preparation
• Familiarity with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA integration concepts, master data processes, and cross-functional coordination is advantageous
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and professionalism suited to large GCC enterprise environments in the UAE
