Data - SAP Techno Functional Consultant - EAM

We are hiring a Data - SAP Techno Functional Consultant - EAM for a major GCC enterprise based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This contract opportunity is well suited to a junior consultant looking to build hands-on experience within a large-scale enterprise environment, supporting critical SAP data migration activities related to Enterprise Asset Management. The role offers exposure to complex transformation initiatives, established governance frameworks, and multi-stakeholder delivery within a high-profile regional organization. Working as part of the wider ERP and transformation team, you will support data migration planning, mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities for SAP EAM-related objects. The consultant will work across both technical and functional areas, assisting in data extraction, transformation logic, upload preparation, testing support, and issue tracking while collaborating closely with business users, SAP functional teams, and data leads. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to understand asset, maintenance, and master data structures within SAP environments. • 1-3 years of experience supporting SAP projects with exposure to data migration, master data, or SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) • Basic understanding of SAP EAM data objects, including equipment, functional locations, maintenance-related master data, and asset structures • Experience assisting with data extraction, cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and load preparation for ERP implementation or transformation programmes • Familiarity with SAP data migration tools, templates, and testing cycles; exposure to LSMW, SAP migration cockpit, or structured data load processes is advantageous • SAP certification in a relevant area such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP EAM/PM, or SAP data management/migration is preferred • Ability to work in a techno-functional capacity, coordinating with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to resolve data issues effectively • Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and disciplined documentation practices within controlled enterprise project environments • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the professionalism, adaptability, and cultural awareness required to operate successfully within a large GCC enterprise
