Data Consultant Offshore

We are hiring a Data Consultant Offshore to support a large GCC enterprise on critical data management initiatives across regional business operations. This is an excellent contract opportunity for a junior consultant looking to build hands-on experience in a complex ERP environment, working with cross-functional teams in India and the UAE. The role will contribute to the quality, structure, and readiness of enterprise data used in transformation, reporting, and operational processes. As part of the data management team, you will assist with data cleansing, validation, migration support, data mapping, and reconciliation activities across ERP-related workstreams. You will work closely with functional consultants, business users, and project stakeholders to help ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business rules. The role also involves supporting documentation, issue tracking, testing cycles, and day-to-day coordination for offshore delivery. • 1-3 years of experience in ERP data management, data migration, or data support roles within implementation or support projects • Exposure to ERP data objects, master data, transactional data, data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities • Basic understanding of data migration or data management tools used in ERP programs; experience supporting testing and cutover activities is preferred • Relevant ERP or data-related certification preferred, such as SAP Data Services, Oracle data management training, Microsoft Dynamics data certification, or equivalent foundational credential • Experience supporting at least one ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, or transformation project in a junior consulting or analyst capacity • Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate documentation, issue logs, and status updates • Effective communication and coordination skills for working with offshore teams, business users, and stakeholders across large GCC enterprise environments • Professional attitude, adaptability, and cultural awareness suited to contract delivery within fast-paced, process-driven GCC organizations
